The Boy and the Rainbow is an autobiographical archive: real memories, revisited and written years later. These terms explain what that means in practice, for readers and for anyone leaving a comment.

1. Nature of the content

Every piece published here starts from a real memory of the author's. Nothing is invented, exaggerated, or dramatized. The project's editorial commitment is to the fact, even when the fact is uncomfortable.

The content is aimed at an adult reader and deals candidly with topics like sexuality, the body, and abuse. Not recommended for anyone under 18.

2. Comment rules

Comments are read before they appear on the site (prior moderation). The following is not accepted:

• hate speech, against any group;
• threats, harassment, or incitement to violence;
• spam or advertising;
• another person's personal data without authorization (full name, address, phone number);
• any illegal content.

3. Right to decline or remove

The right is reserved to decline publishing any comment, or to remove a comment already published, without needing to justify the decision. This applies both to the comment's content and to cases where the form is used in bad faith.

4. Ownership of the blog's content

The articles, text, and other original content on The Boy and the Rainbow belong to the author. Full or partial reproduction outside the site requires prior authorization, except for normal reading, citation with a link, and sharing the site's own pages.

5. What this site is not

This blog is a personal account, not psychological, legal, or any other kind of professional advice. If something here touches a wound of yours, seek support from a qualified professional. This space doesn't replace that.
